A professional forum summit will be held from Dec 12 to 15 during the 1st Hainan Island International Film Festival in the coastal city Sanya.
As one of major events of the film festival, the forum summit will include a chairman forum, a producer summit forum, an education forum, a movie critic forum, a cultural rule by law and industrial protection round table, a master carnival, and a young cinema B Plan activity.
It aims to gather the wisdom and power of film artists and production companies from different countries and regions to seek the sound development of the film industry.
Many renowned figures in the film industry have confirmed their attendance at the forum summit. More celebrities will be invited to help make the festival professional, academic, market-oriented and popular, and develop the Chinese film market, the second largest in the world, into a more open and sound one.
