The Hainan International Business Council, which opened in April last year to serve international enterprises in the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone (Port) and to attract more global investments, launched a special hotline on March 9 to better serve investors.
The hotline, 4008-413-413, started its trial operation on March 9. It is a key move by Hainan for improving its business promotion work and creating a world-class business environment, bolstering the communication channels between global investors and the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Port, as well as providing investors with quality and convenient services.
During the trial operation, the hotline will provide services in both Chinese and English, answering questions regarding policies of the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Port, industry investment opportunities, and investment choices that enterprises are concerned about.
The council will set up a special mechanism with designated staff responsible for each enterprise. In addition, coordinated efforts will be made between the council and industrial parks in cities and counties to help resolve problems encountered by enterprises.
