Fullsing Town Internet Innovation Park has built an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem integrating incubators, venture capital funds, international offshore services, and public services. In the future, it will become an offshore base for global enterprises, as well as an industrial cluster area and an international community park integrating production, education, research, housing, and entertainment.

Government policies have been issued to provide capital support as well. For the newly established regional headquarters of global companies, a one-time reward of 3 million yuan ($420,000) will be granted, For the headquarters of companies belonging to the tertiary industry, a one-time reward of 5 million yuan will be granted if more than 20 million yuan in local economic contribution can be achieved in one year. For the headquarters of companies belonging to the high-tech industry, a one-time reward of 10 million yuan will be granted if more than 30 million yuan in local economic contribution can be achieved in one year.
