To boost tourism consumption, China's island province Hainan kicked off the second edition of its off-shore duty-free shopping festival on July 6, with the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex being the main venue for global shoppers.
A series of activities, ranging from discount sales to TikTok challenge campaigns, are being held during the festival, which will last until October.
