Dazhou Island, Wanning
Dazhou Island is also known as Bird's Nest Island and it is the only national-level marine nature reserve along the coasts of Hainan.
Dazhou Island is composed of two islets and three mountains, with a total area of 4.36 square kilometers.
The ocean waters surrounding the island are crystal clear, providing an underwater visibility of five to 10 meters. This is one of the few protected swiftlet nesting areas in China.
