HNU has continued to optimize the layout of its disciplines, while improving its ability to serve local development based on national development strategies and the construction needs of Hainan FTP, said Luo Qingming, president of HNU.

He stressed that the university is keen to provide talented graduates to support the building of Hainan into an international center for education.

Discussion centered around international educational cooperation and opening-up in the education sector among representatives from institutions including China Education Association for International Change, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, City University of Macao, and Hainan Normal University.
