The China (Hainan) One-Stop Service Window for International Trade has completed its initial project and passed inspection, according to an announcement by the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce on June 22.
In addition to the 16 services included in the China International Trade Single Window, the one-stop window offers an additional 17 services unique to Hainan, which include the newly released Yangpu Public Information Service Platform, declaration of imported "zero-tariff" raw materials and accessories, declaration of enterprise qualification for imported "zero-tariff" transportation vehicles and yachts, "zero-tariff" self-use imported production equipment enterprise qualification declaration, duty-free shopping and cross-border e-commerce.
The one-stop service window has processed more than 157,000 declarations of goods, about 660,000 manifest declarations, and 180,000 transportation declarations. With the total number of enterprises using the window now at 3,522, it is laying a solid foundation for cross-border trade facilitation in Hainan province.
