The Qiongzhong Li and Miao autonomous county in South China's Hainan province received a group of national media reporters on Sept 16 who came to explore and publicize its ways of treating difficult administrative service affairs.
Inside the administrative approval service hall in Qiongzhong, there is a special window set up specifically to fix "unsolved matters".
According to Fu Yingying, director of the Qiongzhong administrative approval service bureau, since the opening of the window in April, it has helped settle seven "unsolved matters" with a 100 percent satisfaction rate. It involved a lot of communication and work by staff, but proved quite effective.
This working model has spread in many cities and counties in Hainan, including Haikou, Wanning, Qionghai, Ledong, Wuzhishan, and Baisha.
