The Boao Forum for Asia Secretariat Haikou Office was inaugurated on Sept 25. The office will further strengthen communications between the Boao Forum for Asia and Hainan province as well as promote the host of the annual meetings.
The annual conference of the Boao Forum for Asia will be held in Boao, South China's Hainan province, from April 18 to 21.

A memorandum of understanding for business cooperation was signed on May 12 between Hainan and the Secretariat of the Boao Forum for Asia to further strengthen their partnership.
The Boao Forum for Asia 2020 conference, scheduled for March 24 to 27 in Boao, a coastal town in China's southern island province of Hainan, will be postponed, according to an announcement on the BFA official website on late Monday.
